2025-2026 Leadership Team
This application is for new & returning Leadership Team/5W Summer Camp Staff. Staff Members will need to be able to dedicate 5 weeks of their summer to being at camp, as well as one of our other events (weekend camps/reunion dance).
ROLE DESCRIPTIONS BELOW
Programming
The programming team is responsible for running the day to day activities at camp and planning these activities during the off season. This includes but is not limited to athletics, Omada (team building), setting up flex activities, running evening activities and set up and tear down for all activities.
5 Week Cabin Staff (5W)
5 Week cabin staff is responsible for the campers. They will participate in the program along with their campers, lead flex activities, supervise during chapel, free time and evening activities, be housed with the campers and carry out other tasks as assigned by directors.
Staff Directors
The staff directors are responsible for running the staff. They will complete staff interviews, assign staff to cabins, make schedules, problem solve and other jobs as assigned. They will be in constant communication with the director.
Wellness Coordinator
The Wellness Coordinator is responsible for working with the staff and campers. They will work with campers that are homesick, check in with staff, especially the multiple week staff and other jobs as assigned. They will be in constant communication with the staff directors and the director.
